The ALU-entry mat with rubber inserts mounted in the profiles creates a very durable mat that scrapes off coarser dirt right outside the entrance. The aluminum profiles are held together by stainless steel wires (Ø3 mm) and rubber spacers (3-6 mm), which facilitates cleaning in the entrance well as the mat can be easily rolled up. The lowest profile, 10, is intended for entrances with normal traffic, and 17 is intended for entrances with high traffic. For heavier traffic, 22 should be used; it can handle shopping carts, wheelchairs, strollers, trolleys, etc*. The mat is delivered in manageable sections that are assembled using the included connectors. The mat must always be placed on a solid and level surface.
The intelligent system of aluminum matting with different types of inserts makes the ALU mat highly effective. Needle felt, rubber, or brushes; the type of entrance you have determines which inserts are needed.

Entrance mats with rubber inserts are best suited for Zone 1 and 2, in an entrance consisting of three zones.
