ALU entrance mats with needle felt inserts mounted in the profiles provide a very durable and moisture-absorbent mat that effectively handles ”fine” dirt. The aluminum profiles are held together by stainless steel cables (Ø3 mm) and rubber spacers (3-6 mm), which makes cleaning the entrance pit easier as the mat can be easily rolled up. The lowest profile, 10, is intended for entrances with normal traffic, and 17 is intended for entrances with high traffic. For heavier traffic, 22 should be used; it can handle shopping carts, wheelchairs, strollers, trolleys, etc. The mat is delivered in manageable sections that are assembled with the included connectors. The mat must always be placed on a firm and level surface.
