How dangerous your sitting is for your brain

It is probably not news to most people that sitting too much is not very healthy. But a new study shows how dangerous it actually is for brain health and that it cannot be ‘compensated’ with extra exercise.

Thus, the authors of the study argue that it is not only wise to add exercise, but also to reduce sedentary time – something that has already been said about physical health, but is also true for brain health.
