According to the population survey Liv och H\u00e4lsa, carried out in cooperation between the regions\/county councils of Uppsala, S\u00f6rmland, V\u00e4stmanland, V\u00e4rmland and \u00d6rebro counties (CDUST region), young adults are more sedentary than 80-year-olds. The survey, conducted regularly since 2000, was sent to 78 000 randomly selected people aged 18 and over in the region. The survey consists of around 50 questions on health and habits.<\/p>\n

Other: The county councils of S\u00f6rmland and V\u00e4rmland and the regions of Uppsala, V\u00e4stmanland and \u00d6rebro counties have regularly conducted population surveys within the framework of inter-county cooperation. The surveys were conducted in 2000, 2004, 2008, 2012 and 2017. The surveys provide a unique basis for knowledge dissemination, planning and governance.
