There are many concepts to consider when choosing lighting. It is also this function that mimics the different light temperatures of the day. During the morning hours, it is good to have a cooler light to get more alert and as the afternoon and evening progresses, we should use a warmer light to prepare the body for rest. But we can also use different color temperatures to adjust our mood for a particular activity.
