IT ALL STARTS AT THE DRAWING BOARD (DESIGN PHASE)<\/h2>\n

In the design of a product, three criteria are central: the product should contribute to less sedentary\/ more mobility, last as long as possible and be adaptable according to needs.
\nFor our height-adjustable table, for example, this means that the student can switch between different working positions, that components can be replaced, that the materials are durable and environmentally friendly, and that it can be used by young and old alike.
\nWe also strive for a design that follows the shapes of nature and stimulates inherent movement patterns. <\/p>\n

MATERIAL SELECTION WITH ENVIRONMENTAL CONSIDERATIONS (MATERIAL SELECTION\/SOURCING PHASE)<\/h2>\n

As far as possible, we choose environmentally friendly materials (wood rather than plastic, etc.), which can be sourced in Scandinavia and which meet limits on chemical content.
\nMany of our textiles are environmentally certified (e.g. OEKO-TEX).
\nWhere possible, we use recycled plastic and for some products we offer a “best environmental alternative”, such as the PVC-free cork standing mat.

We mainly use 100 percent recycled Swedish paper and avoid unnecessary printing and color.
